Since 2012, Hélène Morazain has been a partner at Blain, Joyal, Charbonneau. As a tax specialist since 2001, she is responsible for the tax aspects of the firm’s clients. She frequently recommends tax strategies for corporate restructuring, for sales and acquisition of corporations as well as for business transfers. She is often invited as a speaker on tax matters for professional associations and financial institutions.
